An onscreen interactive list of exceptions requiring attention. Possible exceptions include, missing clocking's, absence without permission, excessive short time, out of area mobile clocking's, missing job transactions, unpaired clocking's and more.
Overtime Control (workflow)
Enforce up to 4 levels of approval for submitted actions, including Overtime, Manual Clockings, and Adjustments.
Access Control Functionality
Direct integration to multiple brands / types of biometric devices. Unlimited concurrent employee access groups, with scheduled access to specific areas. Option to deny access if an employee is late (Prevents interruptions on the assembly line). Access can be automatically denied due to inactivity (Excessive Absence), or overactivity. Automatic email or SMS notifications sent for devices going online/offline.
Customizable reports
Reports can easily be created using the Report Creator. Customization according to customer needs, or existing reports can be tailored as required. Single click to export or to email reports.
Planned Events
