- Workflows can be documented on the Workflow Designer by simply inserting shapes, groups and annotations as needed without affecting the actual working of the workflow.

Training & Learner Management
Fully fledged learner management system that manages all aspects of training, costs, certification, bursaries and reporting. When first released, HR Manage was one of the first proper training management systems in South Africa. The system allows companies to schedule training for their employees, track their progress to completion, issue and print certificates and use the information to generate EE and SETA reports with the click of a few buttons. It can integrate with existing eLearning systems and can be used to track bursaries and study loans. From a management and planning perspective, Training Needs and Gap reports can be generated to see exactly what training is required based on location, job, etc. and which training is due to expire soon.
