Manage workflow and keep everyone informed Our service incident management feature is ideal for logging service requests, managing job tracking for repairs or keeping a record of after-sales support once equipment has been sold. You can also track jobs or route incidents through a resolution process so that none are forgotten or left out of the process along the way. To ensure that the customer is kept in the loop, you can email them status updates throughout the resolution process. User definable "events" can also be set up for each stage of task tracking, so that managers know what’s going on and team members all know what their responsibilities are. Both email and SMS are available as a notification option on our workflow management software, depending on which is most suitable for your business or the individuals involved.

Electronic Offline Jobs Cards

Electronic job cards can be updated offline even if no signal is available. The completed job cards will automatically synch back to your system once there is signal on the device. Copies of the job card document are automatically emailed to the system administrator and optionally the customer. With the offline job cards you can record labour, materials, expenses and even capture signatures and up to 6 photographs
