Our Document Workflow module DocuFlow is not to be confused with BPM (Business Process Management) which typically focuses on transactional data approvals. We focus on Document approval processes and have different Digital signature options to suit different needs.

- DocuFlow has it's own built in signature module, for standard digital signature integration.

Comprehensive Document Security
DocuVision offers very extensive security, providing different levels of access to key documents based on Roles within the company. Users can be limited in what documents can be accessed plus what the user is able to do with each document. For instance some users may only be allowed to preview certain documents, but they cannot download, print or email them.

eMailing of Sage documents through our EDD module
Our EDD (Electronic Document Distribution) module was specifically designed with help from Sage to take advantage of our experience in the field of document eMailing and to then automatically store the eMailed documents into DocuVision eDMS for future reference and record.
Simple to use, no custom coding
- Hyperlinks to other documents stored in DocuVision eDMS
- Audit logs will log ALL emailing activity for active monitoring and traceability
- Errors encountered are sent to designated internal staff member for corrections to be made
- Error checking to manage where ERP contacts have incorrectly formatted email addresses
- Send Sage documents to eMail addresses of relevant contacts in Sage system and encrypt the Sage document to 256 bit encryption which exceeds the requirements of SA Revenue Services and most Revenue services around the world.
- Flexibility regarding detail in the email body including logos & use of html for a suitably attractive and informative covering eMail.
