Built-in Label Printing
GraniteWMS is designed to print labels as part of processes. Receiving labels, Manufacturing Labels, Shipping Labels, Pallet labels and even BIN labels can be printed during a process or during setup. We recommend Zebra label printers and will assist with label printer selection, purchase and setup.
Barcode Scanning
GraniteWMS is designed and built around barcoding. Every process in the warehouse can be designed and built around barcode scanning for data collection and item identification and then rendered on a mobile hand held computer. Barcoding has been proven to improve accuracy and speed of any process and GraniteWMS embraces the technology from the base design.
Web-based interfaces
Whether you want to run in the cloud, or on premise, GraniteWMS uses the latest technology to present the user interfaces on a web browser. The hand held scanners or tablets using Android work on a browser based interface. The Desktop admin portals and dashboards are all web screens The reporting portal is also web based. We believe in keeping the user interface simple and clean to ensure warehouse workers find them friendly and usable.
Bin locations
GraniteWMS ensures that every bit of stock is located in a specified location. Whether that location is a floor location, Bulk location, Rack or bin location of any other type of location, GraniteWMS tracks inventory into and out of every location. This is a fundamental part of WMS and ensure other clever functionality like warehouse capacity, optimised picking and directed putaway is possible.
Detailed Tracking (Lot/batch/Serial/Expiry)
GraniteWMS allows you to effectively track batches and lots, add expiry or best before dates, track serial numbers and pallets of serial numbers, and through barcode scanning, ensures accuracy of these properties. You can choose to keep these tracked elements outside of SAGE -making your accounting system a lean, clean accounting and financial tool - leaving the detail to GraniteWMS. Alternatively -with our standard integration to SAGE, we can ensure that your lot and expiry date accuracy is accurate -something that most companies never get right.

We also implement an SSRS reporting portal across the WMS data so that you can pull reports from Receiving reports, through inventory and detailed transactions, right through to delivery notes. Our legendary flexibility ensures that most of your reporting requirements can be delivered through this platform.
