Sage X3 Integration

As you have already invested in, or are looking to implement Sage X3, Elite POS surfaces customer information (debtors), inventory (products and services), pricing and other Sage X3 data (such as currencies and taxes) at the point of sale, as opposed to running separate ERP and POS systems/databases that require manual intervention, updating and consolidating.

POS transactions are posted back into Sage X3 as they happen or on a timed/batched basis, updating Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Banking etc.

Accounts Receivable and Cash Book

Sage X3 customer details, terms, limits, balance and turnover are reflected on the POS.
Search, select and trade from Sage X3 debtors at the POS.
Take account payments, issue account refunds and cash withdrawals from POS, which update the Sage X3 cash book.
Easily map POS receipt / payment types (including fully integrated card payments) to specific Sage X3 bank accounts.

Orders, invoices and credit notes

Invoices, orders and credit notes at POS are passed to Sage X3 immediately, or on a timed basis as required.

Inventory and Services

Many trade-only businesses use the Elite POS solution as an alternative to traditional Sales Order screens.
