The DigitotPOS features an ever-expanding list of third-party integrations. From external devices like scales and payment terminals to loyalty programs and accounting software, we work closely with our partners to bring you a strong and reliable integration. And new ones are being constantly added!
Multi-Payment
You can capture multiple payments with different types for each individual receipt, making payment splits very simple. You can also create new payment types to suit your business.
Pre-Set Options
You can pre-set the options for gratuity, discount, deletion codes and kitchen messages to provide a consistent and fast selection; specially on busy environments.
Detailed Reports
You can view detailed reports of all sales with multiple configurable filtering options. You can choose to hide/show sections of the report to help focus on the information you need. Most reports can be printed in a A4 format (Normal Printers) as well as in the standard receipt printer. Reports can be viewed in any terminal as long the as the user has the necessary permission.
Bill Spliting
Bills can be splitted to an unlimited number of quests and in many ways. You can split the values of each item between guests and/or you can move individual items to each guests bill. All this in a simple and user friendly interface.
Kitchen Display
The DigitotPOS also has a KDS option for managing the orders in the kitchen. The orders can be viewed, bumped and recalled in a easy to use interface. You can also set older orders to have a diferent color for easy detection.
Price Levels
The DigitotPOS accepts multiple price levels where each item can have a separate price for each of the price levels. The prices can also vary based on time-of-day within the price level.
Floor Designer
You can design your own floor layout from within the DigitotPOS and make table management much more user friendly.
Flexible Configuration
The system can be configured from any terminal as long as the user has the proper permission. No more running back to the office to make small changes!
User Permissions
Most actions are controlled by separate user permissions and only users with the proper permission can execute those actions. Managers can be allowed to override permissions on a individual basis efectivelly authorizing the user to perform specific actions. All authorizations are recorded for auditing purposes.
